MyGotchi is distributed through the Apple App Store. Purchases (coin packs, Premium, Premium Plus) are processed there by Apple; Apple is the contractual partner for the payment. Details are set out in the section “Plans, prices & payment” of the Terms.

Game content and image rights

The character, expressions, skins and all design elements of MyGotchi are the property of the provider. Virtual items bought or earned in the app (coins, skins, accessories) are not property in the legal sense but a right of use within the app. Details are in the section “Game progress, purchases & virtual items” of the Terms.
